Printing Report Cards
Well grades are in and it is time to print report cards
1st we are going to go to Grading and standards
Reports/ Report Card
The important fields to choose are highlighted below.
First of all is this a standards based grade or an Intermediate
Grade that will have to be decided before you print the report
card. You will need to run both types depending on the grade.
I have chosen to use a K class to generate for this tutorial. So
I choose Standards based term 1 report card in the top drop
down. Then I choose K because now that you have different
types of grading in Elementary you have to do each grade
separate. Click active only as we only want our active
students. Effective date defaults to today. Sort option I would
choose teacher so that the stacks are together for home rooms.
I choose period one and it runs it on home rooms. Then I
click generate report. Your report cards are done!
If nothing prints you probably need to adjust your report card
settings from where they rolled from last year they aren’t
completely set up correctly. Click on Display Options as seen
below
When display options are open you need to make sure some
things are set up correctly this is what tells your report card
what term to report on and what grading task you want to
report on and what all you want to appear on the report card.

If you are a High school you do not want to select a grading scale to show because it is too big to appear in the box.
