Cantonese-style Set Menu
Delight in elegant Cantonese cuisine in the newly revamped Jade restaurant. From the six-course
Dim Sum Lunch Set Menu featuring a piping hot dim sum combination of Teochew Dumpling,
Steamed Shrimp Dumpling and Steamed Minced Meat Xiao Long Bao; and Wok-fried La Mian with
Sliced Wagyu Beef in Black Pepper Sauce, to the six-course Gourmet Delights Set Menu
comprising Oven-baked Stingray in Sichuan Spice Sauce; and Wok-fried Vermicelli with Fresh Crab
Meat, Jade’s set lunch menus are catered to different appetites. A Vegetarian Set Lunch – including
highlights like Double-boiled Cordyceps Fungus, Winter Melon and Red Dates in Superior Vegetable
Consommé; and Braised Gluten, Angel Gourd and Eggplant – is also available.
With two private dining rooms and two partitioned areas, the 120-seat establishment is now revitalised
with a new colour palette reflecting the lustre of jade, specially commissioned wallpaper featuring bird
species native to Singapore, and welcoming overhead lantern lighting.

includes appetisers of Culatello Ham DOP, Pear and aged Parmesan; entrées like Paccheri Pasta
