Activity 1
Area: 10 x 10.
Groups of 4 (3 vs 1).
1 minute sets then rotate.
3 vs 1 possession game.
Focus on receiving on back
foot. Good movement off
the ball. Open your body so
you can see the whole field.
Activity 2
Area: 10 x 20.
Groups of 6 (4 vs 2).
2 minute sets then rotate.
4 vs 2 possession game.
Focus on receiving on back
foot. 5 consecutive passes in
one half then move into the
other half.
Activity 3
Area: 25 x 25.
Three teams of four.
3 minute sets then
rotate.
Two teams play 4 vs 4 in the
middle. One team of four
functions as targets (onetouch) on the perimeter.
Focus on receiving on back
foot and finding a target.
Coaching points: body
position, look away from the
ball, field awareness.
Activity 4
Half field.
Divide the field length
wise in three areas.
Only condition is that if you
play in the middle channel
then you cannot play the
ball back in the channel it
came out of.
Coaching points: body
position, look away from the
ball field awareness. Receive
on your back foot.
