1. Connect the TOURSCOPE W1 Golf Watch to the computer with the USB cable. The file will appear
below. In this tutorial we'll call it REMOVABLE DISK. It is the memory driver of your TOURSCOPE W1
Golf Watch.
2. Click on the folder "Open folder to view files". The files appear below.
3. Open your computer a NEVER OVER folder and an UPDATES sub folder. Then go to the
www.never-over.com website, in the "Update" tab, download the files WNG ... (Software) and
ECourseDB.bin and UCourseDB.bin (Golf Course) in your UPDATES folder. You will then have all the
updated files on your computer directly.
4. The updated software will be made only if it is announced and recommended on www.neverover.com website. It may exceptionally be performed in case abnormalities appear in normal use
your TOURSCOPE W1 Golf Watch.
To update the software of the TOURSCOPE W1 watch, double click "Device Firmware upgrade" in the
REMOVABLE DISK.
5. Then copy the file WNG… (Software) of UPDATES folder from your computer and paste it on
REMOVABLE DISK in the Device Firmware Upgrade folder.
6. Disconnect the USB REMOVABLE DISK. This will disconnect the watch from your computer.
7. When the watch is disconnected, switch it on. Immediately will appear on the LCD references:
ERASING and then FIRMWARE UPGRADE IN PROCESS. Wait about 2 minutes until you see FINISHED
UPGRADE. The watch will automatically shut down.
8. Turn on the TOURSCOPE W1 Golf Watch. Go to SET UP, then STATUS, DEFAULT and then finally
WATCH RESET. Click OK.
Your TOURSCOPE W1 Golf Watch software will be updated.
9. To upgrade the golf courses, double click in the REMOVABLE DISK on "Course"
10. To update the golf courses, first of all remove from the REMOVABLE DISK the ECourseDB.bin
UCourseDB.bin files. They are respectively Europeans courses (with Australia and New Zealand) and
US courses.
Once the files have been deleted from REMOVABLE DISK, replace them by copying UCourseDB.bin
and ECourseDB.bin new records from Updates folder (from your computer) and pasting them on the
REMOVABLE DISK in Courses folder. The update is done. Then disconnect the USB cable.
