• The IQIN Peer Learning Teams are professional development
communities for IN health center staff
– Practice Transformation Team ~ Chief Medical Officers, Directors of
Operation, and/or clinical team leads.
– Health Information Technology (HIT) Team ~ HIT and EHR Specialists.
• Participants will effectively address on-the-job challenges and
opportunities through peer-to-peer learning.
• Forums to discuss issues and concerns, and to clarify approaches,
develop skills, and build capacity by sharing ideas and practices
with other colleagues statewide.
