Health Services
Janet Adrian, Director of Student Health Services, will be available to collect your student health forms,
immunization records, and a copy of your insurance card.
Take Picture for Student ID
If you have not done so already, be sure to take your Student ID picture. If you received a blank Student ID
when you checked into your residence hall you must take your ID picture today. You will need your picture to
eat in the dining hall.
Financial Aid
You can check the status of your financial aid on your phone by logging into your RavenZone, via the “Student
Self-Service” link. Confirm that you have completed all necessary steps to secure your financial aid. Financial
Aid staff members will be available to discuss your individual situation and address any outstanding items.
Student Billing
You can check the status of your student bill on your phone by logging into your RavenZone, via the “View My
Bill” link. Student Billing staff members will be present to collect tuition, room, board, and fee payments. They
are also available to discuss and to help set up payment plans.
Raven Bucks
Stations will be set up to add Raven Bucks to your student account. You may also purchase Raven Bucks at
https://oneweb.benedcitne.edu/oneweb/ at any time.
Mailroom & Package Pick-Up
The mailroom in the basement will be open from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm for students to pick up any packages that
have been delivered to the school. The mailroom will also be open on Sunday, August 20th from 9:00am –
2:00pm.
