Bank of America WORKS system Cardholder User Guide Logging In: https://payment2.works.com/works/home You should have received an email from “Commonwealth of Virginia Charge Card Administration [email protected] with the subject heading of “Commonwealth of Virginia Purchase and/or Travel Card Program – Welcome to the Works application!” You would have logged in creating a user name and passcode, which you will now use to log into the system. Your home page will look as follows: From here you can look at your current limit and balance information or you can look at expenses or run reports. If you look at the bottom half of the home page, you will see the Accounts Dashboard. Here you can see overall monthly limit, your current monthly balance and available credit. Your balance and available credit reset monthly on or around the 15 th of the month. If at any time you need to have your monthly limit raised, you can do it temporarily or permanently by contacting Jennifer at [email protected] Amanda at [email protected] or Tish at [email protected]. Expenses Tab To view your monthly charges to date you can click on the Expenses tab at the top of the page. In the drop down menu you will choose transactions. From this page choose the All tab. Under the Advanced Filter click the plus button by the Date, click the calendar icon You can then choose cycle to date then click ok. You will then see a listing of all transactions that have posted since the last cycle. This is helpful when planning for year-end or to make sure a vendor has charged your SPCC correctly. Reports Tab The reports tab has many different options and different reports you can run. The one that most cardholders will want to run is the GL Memo Statement. This report is an exact copy of your monthly billing statement and can be used in place of your monthly billing statement in your SPCC monthly package. Under the Reports Tab you will Choose Create, Category is Spend and the Template you will pick GL Memo Statement. This will bring you to the Report Options screen where you can choose different options. Make sure the Basic view is chosen. Post Date is where you can choose the cycle you want to view Format you can either choose PDF or Excel Once you’ve gotten everything you will want to click on Submit Report By clicking Submit Report you will be taken to the complete reports screen. Once the Report is ready the status will say ready and the output type will be a hyper link. You will click the hyper link under output type. When you click the hyper link your report will open.
