 Interested eligible bidders (NTN + GST Registered) may get the tendered item’s
specification after submission of written application along with tender fee Rs: 500=/
(non-refundable) which shall be issued only during working hours (8:00 AM To 5:00 PM)
immediately after publication of this tender.
 Single stage, Single envelope basis bidding procedure shall be applied.
 The Bid Security / Earnest Money (2%) of estimated budget Rs:8,640=/ in the form of
“CDR” in favor of “Principal Vocational Training Institute Harappa” is required to be
submitted with the Financial Bid.
 Without Bid Security / Earnest Money the offer shall be rejected being non-responsive.
 Sealed bids are required to reach as per above schedule in the office of Vocational
Training Institute Harappa latest by 10:00 AM on 28-07-2017.
 The bids shall be opened on same day at 11:00 AM
Note: All assessments and procuring procedure i.e. receiving, opening and awarding etc. shall
be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014.
