1. Connection.
Connect the RJ45 cable to internet.
Plug the power.
Wait for 10 seconds.
Pick up the handset.
Payphone LCD show wake up and display “INSERT CARD”

Find the IP address
Find the Function switch.
Please make sure the payphone is connected to the line power and the
handset is off ( the payphone is active). Open the door of front cover, you
may find a switch as picture. That is the function switch. Please push this
switch.
Now you can see the string “ COMMAND(00-31) ” displaying on the LCD
screen. If not, please hang on the handset back, wait for 5 seconds, and try again.
1. Use a key to open the front cover.
2. Touch the Micro switch
This is the function switch.
Touch the switch; you may
enter the Function Setting.
Enter Function 00 : Check the IP address of gateway

A. Dial “#126#”
B. Then, you will hear the IP address from the handset.
C. Write down the IP address. (Example : 192.168.123.1)
( If the payphone is busy tone, please reboot the payphone and quickly enter
Function00 and try to dial #126# again)
Enter Function 18 : Check the IP address of gateway

Press " 18 "
The payphone will auto dial the #126# to ATA.
Then, you could hear the IP address from the handset.

3. Login in to VT700GV from Web pages
Find a computer which in the same Network.
Open the “Explorer” (Web viewer)
And type the web address : http://192.168.123.1:9999
You will see the VT700GV’s programming Web pages. :
The default Username : root , Password : test
And press login button.
4. Program it to register into the server from Web
Example : to register to the Vector SIP server.
Select “SIP Setting”  “ Service Domain”
Enter the User Name and Password and IP address of SIP server.
Press Submit to change the data.
Any data is finished programming
You need to Select the “Save Change” to save the data.
Select “Save Change”
Press
“Save” button
You will see
It will reboot and the data is updated.
If you need to enter the web screen of ATA gateway, you need to type
“http//192.168.1.123:9999” to login again.
