Recent Issues
– Applicants from former IRCA (APM) with expired
authentications, wanting special consideration.
– Once authentication has expired, auditor must start as a 1st
time applicant
– Witness audits from ANAB/Industry oversight witness activity
cannot be used for authentication witness audits.
– At least 1 of the two witness audits for 9100 must include
section 7.3
– Contractor audits (AS) of organizations that have 9100 certs are
considered 1st party audits, when contracted by the audited
organization. (Many just don’t seem to get this)
