took currency from Victim #2 and tied both victims up. The victims were held at gunpoint for

Gist: The victim and perpetrator were involved in a hit-and-run accident. The victim got out of
her vehicle to access damages and take pictures when the perpetrator snatched the phone
from her. The victim fought with the perpetrator trying to retrieve the phone back, but the
perpetrator was able to flee in unknown direction in an unknown type vehicle. PIO notified via
Outlook.

Gist: The victims and the perpetrator exited a vehicle and locked the doors. The wanted subject
tried to get back into the vehicle and realized the doors were locked. A verbal alte rcation
ensued, at which time Victim #2 produced a knife and told the wanted subject to leave them
alone. He began to beat on the vehicle and break the glass. A brief struggle ensued and the
wanted subject gained controlled of the knife, stabbing Victim #1. He then fled the scene on
foot towards Port Street and then unknown. PIO Looney notified via telephone.
