b. Article II Section B: “All school clubs will select a Student Senate
representative for the following year and must notify the Student
Senate cabinet of this selection at least two weeks prior to the final
Student Senate meeting of the current year.” Yes/No
c. Article II, Section B: “A club may choose to elect two representatives.
but BOTH must attend each meeting.” Yes/No
d. Article III, Section A: “Student senate requires an electronic
calendar…” Yes/No
10)After the votes were collected and would be counted after the meeting so the
Senate began to discuss the Trivia Challenge.
11)Last year the winners won upwards of $2000 but the event needs more
organization this year. The Senate discussed the possibility of having a new
reward: Clubs that raise the most money will get a portion of the total money
collected.
12)The Club that raises the most money will only gain money, wouldn’t lose or
even break even. Clubs will have to raise money by themselves and will write
out one final check to give to the Senate. Every Club sends in one team but
then each club can add multiple teams with price cuts.
13)The Senate then voted on various Trivia Challenge Rules:
 Reward for the most amount of money raised for the club: Majority in
favor
 Limit the amount of teams a club can send: Resounding no
 Entry fee/team for more than one team: 17, Majority in favor
 Should there be a minimum amount of money for each club to raise in
order to participate: Resounding no
