All work is performed at City Hall according to strict City rules and regulations.
Hours available are between 9am and 4pm Monday thru Friday.
I understand that I will be expected to work as directed by the Community Service Supervisor. Also, that failure to appear
for community service work as agreed will disqualify me from further community service work at the city.

community restitution tasks.
I understand the work I will be doing will be outdoor physical labor and may be exposed to inclement weather. I will

weather, shirts must remain on and clothing will be free of vulgar language or pictures. No sleeveless shirts allowed.
Closed-toed shoes required.
I understand that arguing or fighting with supervisors or crew members is forbidden. Physical contact between crew
members, either violent or affectionate, may be cause for removal of both participants. Threats, intimidation, harassment
or harassing statements (sexual, racial, religious, ethnic, etc.) will not be tolerated.
I understand that my violation of the above listed terms may cause my supervisor to request my discharge from the
community restitution program, and may subject me to further court action, such as revocation of my ability to perform
community service work.
I hereby agree to defend, hold the City, its officers, officials, employees and volunteers harmless from any and all claims,
injuries, damages, losses or suits, including attorneys’ fees, filed by me, my heirs or any third party, which arise out of my
performance of the community service work.
