Academic Eligibility
Requirements
• All incoming Freshmen are eligible for the Fall
Semester
• Upper Classmen must have earned 3.5 credits
the previous semester
• Students must be enrolled in a minimum of
3.0 credit hours (seniors)
Citizenship

School enforced consequences
• Legal consequences
• ISS/OSS
• Alcohol, Tobacco and Drugs
• Attending Parties where illegal activities are taking
place
• Instagram, Twitter, Facebook & other internet

• Violations with the Law
• Public use of Profanity, Disrespect or Vandalism.
Bottom Line: You represent yourself,
your parents, coaches & your Teams in all you do.

Partnership in Supervision
• Students are required to be under the direct
supervision of a coach at all times.
• Coaches take their responsibility for the safety
of your athletes seriously and will not leave
until all students have departed the campus.
• Please pick up students no later than 15
minutes past the ending of practices or
games.
Partnership in Security
•
Please remind your student-athletes to lock
up all valuables.

ROOMS OR HALLWAYS!
Signing out Athletes/Students
• Coaches will have a sign-out sheet
available
• Only parents can sign students out
unless prior verbal or written
permission is given to the
Secondary office prior to leaving
for the activity
Sportsmanship
• Cheer for our TEAM, do not ridicule the
other team or officials
• Learn the rules of the game. It will help
you understand why certain situations
occur and make the game more enjoyable
• Be Respectful
• Be Positive
• You are setting an example for your son or
daughter and their teammates and friends

Activity Attendance Guidelines
• Students must attend a full day of classes (be at
school no later than 8:30 am) in order to be eligible
for competitions that day or on Saturday if it is a
Friday)
• Students may participate in practice if only attending
part of the day
• Exceptions are granted with administrative approval
only.
• If students come to school and leave during the day
for health reasons, they may not return or participate
that day in activities without administrative approval.
• Each individual coach/sponsor has the authority to
set more restrictive attendance requirements and
most already do.

early as possible
• We verify game time and location prior to
the event

email list- new options this year

Concussions/Injuries
• If your student is diagnosed or suspected of
having a concussion a doctors release and
return to play procedures are required
• If your student is injured and medical
attention is required a medical release is
required
• A copy of these releases must be turned in to
the office
• Copies will be given to the Nurse. AD and
Coach

Please do not attempt to confront a coach/staff advisor
before, during, or after a contest or practice. These can
be highly emotional times for both the parent and the
coach/staff advisor. Meetings of this nature usually do
not promote positive resolution
