Keep in mind that placements will be granted on a first come first served basis. These will need to be sent electronically to [email protected] no earlier than 9am CST on May 9, 2016 and no later than 4pm CST on May 13, 2016. If you provide us with your desired total program cost (at the end of the form) we will use your second and third choices to help you achieve the size program you are planning for should your number one choices no longer be available at the time of your sign-up.
