On Monday, April 20, 2015, Seva Foundation is hosting its Charity Golf Tournament
“Swing for Sight” and is seeking your support.
Seva Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which works to prevent blindness and
restore eyesight to people living in underserved communities worldwide.
The “Swing for Sight” tournament will be held at the stunningly beautiful Sequoyah
Country Club in the Oakland hills. Celebrating its centennial anniversary in 2015, this
historical course is steeped in tradition having hosted tournaments in which legendary
players like Sam Snead and Ben Hogan have played. A visit to the magnificent clubhouse is
a “must” simply to experience the fabulous memorabilia in the halls.
Besides being one of the lucky 72 players, there are several ways in which you or your
company can participate in this exciting fundraiser:

Corporate sponsorship packages range from $1,000 to $10,000 offering lots of
visibility and recognition via broadcast, electronic, and print media

Sponsor a hole for as little as $500

In-kind donations are needed for the silent auction, handouts and prizes

Advertisement space will be available for purchase in the program booklet

Purchasing ticket(s) to the tournament for yourself, buddies or clients

Helping us to promote the tournament.
