Field Reservation Form for 1 to 19 Players
The management and staff at the Holland Paintball Adventure Park are excited that you have decided to come to our facility. Please select a date below and enter your information so we can efficiently reserve a date for you.
Equipment, Paint & Food & Beverage:
You have the opportunity to bring your own equipment or use the rentals provided. We do not allow any paint to be brought into our park. If you bring your own paint, you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund. Food and beverage is available for purchase upon request at the facility, therefore no food or beverage may be brought in without prior approval.
If you do not show up for your reservation:
Completing and sending in this form confirms your reservation. Complete credit card information is required. If you do not show up on the selected date, the given credit card will be charged $75. You have the option to transfer $25 of the cancellation fee to an event in the future should you choose to reschedule within 30 days. If a cancellation is placed 48 HOURS in advance, you will not be liable for any cancellation penalties. Minimum Guarantee:
A minimum of six people required (unless other specific arrangements are made with management). If at least six people do not show up, then you will be charged for the six person minimum. If notice is given 48 HOURS in advance, you will not be liable for additional charges. If notice is given prior to 48 hours. You will be given the additional paint for your use. There is a two to three hour time limit and going over that time limit may be cause for additional fees.
A credit card is required to reserve an event date. A new Field Reservation Form is required for each event. Individuals under the age of 18 must have their paperwork completed by a legal guardian or they will not be allowed to participate.
