21+3 is a house banked optional proposition wager
used in the game of blackjack. 21+3 may be played
on 2-8 deck blackjack games only.

The +3 wager is based on a three card hand using the
dealer’s one (1) up card and the player’s two (2)
initial up cards to form a three card poker hand.
Winning hands of a Straight Flush, 3 of a Kind,
Straight and Flush are paid 9 to 1.

The outcome of the primary blackjack wager has no
bearing on the +3 bet and vice versa. A player can
win on one and lose on the other.

Other than the payment or loss of the proposition
wager on the player’s first two cards and the dealer’s
up card, there is no affect on the primary game of
blackjack and no changes in dealing procedures or
player strategy.

Top 3 Blackjack is a variation of 21+3 with an optional Top 3
proposition. The player’s first two cards and dealer’s up card
form player’s 3 (three)-card poker hand. Blackjack bets are
paid off according to basic blackjack procedures. Winning
Top 3 bets are paid off on the following hands at the listed
odds:
Three of a Kind (Suited) 270 to 1
Straight Flush
180 to 1
Three of a Kind
90 to 1
Each player’s position will have 3 (three) betting circles rather
than one -- One circle for a standard Blackjack wager, one
circle for the + 3 wager, and one circle for the Top 3 wager.
There are three possible bets. A standard Blackjack bet, an
optional 3 (three)-card poker bet, and an optional Top 3 bet.
Players can only make the TOP 3 wager if they make the
+3 wager along with their blackjack wager.
Table minimum for the Top 3 bet will be posted and may be
different than the posted minimum for the blackjack bet or + 3
bet. Top 3 bet may be more than the blackjack bet or + 3 bet.
Maximum Top 3 bet shall be posted and may be different than
the posted maximum for Blackjack or + 3 bet.
Cards are dealt as in standard 6-deck blackjack. After each
player has placed a blackjack bet, an optional 3 (three) card
poker bet, and an optional Top 3 bet, the dealer will signal no
more bets may be made and deals the cards. Dealer will pay
or take each three card poker bet and Top 3 bet in order from
dealer’s right to left. The game continues following standard
blackjack procedures.
Top 3 is played with six decks of cards and one or two
additional cut cards. Shuffle procedures are according to basic
blackjack rules. Cards shall be read at face value when
assessing the Top 3 hand. Aces may be played high or low
in straights or flushes.
Dealer toke bets are allowable for either the blackjack bet, 3
(three) card poker bet, or Top 3 bet. Top 3 toke bet plus the
player Top 3 bet may not exceed 110% of the maximum.
Toke bets are paid same odds as player bet. Toke bet
minimum is $0.50 (Fifty cents).
Multiple hands are allowable and are subject to standard table
minimums for blackjack.
