demonstrations featuring emergency scenarios
that are likely to occur in a variety of
environments, and hands-on training to teach
participants lifesaving skills.
CPR Adult: Participants learn how to perform
CPR and care for breathing and
cardiac emergencies in adults
AED: Participants learn how to use automatic
external defibrillators

You will be given a schedule of who you will
be playing against each week. Schedules
will be available & emailed out on the 1st
week of play. You are responsible for
scheduling your game with your opponent
for the week at a time and location that
works for you. Open to Wellness Center
members and Guest Facility Pass holders.

If you’re 15 or older and looking for
a great summer job or challenging
career that’s in demand, the Red
Cross Lifeguarding program is the
place to start. Through videos,
group discussion and hands-on
practice, you’ll learn patron rescue
and surveillance skills, first aid and
CPR/AED.
Classes start April 28th
Course length: 30 – 37 hours;
2 year CPR/AED certification &
3 year Lifeguarding certification.
