Hot Starter: Modern Valencian Meatball with crispy cabbage stew.

on Provencal herbs and soft juice of mustard seeds.
2 – Duck confit with blackberry sauce, Port and vanilla parmentier.
3 – Fried Cod Fish Andalucian style with Payes stir-fried.
