In an effort to try and make this a seamless as possible experience, I am putting together
an itinerary for the group.
Sunday, June 30th
Most if not all of us need to be checked into the hotel on this day. We will all be staying
at:

Ft Collins, CO
I know there are some families that will not be getting in until Monday, but the Sunday
before nationals we have traditionally gone out to eat for dinner as a team. I would like to
do this again if possible. I have not planned anything, but if a parent would like to take
the lead in getting a reservation, I would appreciate it.
Monday, July 1st
Monday festivities will be at the Twin River Complex. The address is:
1501 65th ave
Greeley, CO.

It is about a half hour drive from the hotel so plan on leaving early.
11:00 am: I will check in our team and attend the coaches meeting at 11:00 am.
11:00 – 12:00 I will need someone to find some parking lot space for our team to park.
Last time we were there we were able to park backed up to the park and set up some
canopies where we had some food and drinks. If some families could take the lead in
setting off a section for us, that would work best.
12:00: The player party/pin trade starts at 12:00. It’s pretty much a free for all, the girls
are free to go grab some bbq and meet other players near the stage area. All players need
to wear their maroon practice shirt to the player party. The lines for food are huge and the
food is not worth the wait in my opinion. I would suggest bringing some food to eat while
the girls are trading pins.
1:30: Players in All Star games need to return to where the parents have set up camp no
later than 1:30 to get dressed and ready to play. All Star players will be wearing their
white jersey, black pants and white socks. If they need a hoodie, it will need to be their
maroon hoodie.
2:00: All Star players need to report for the games. Here is a list of where each girls
plays:
Bailee Snyder 2017 Central White Team; 4:40 pm Field #3
Alyssa Lyon/Jocellyn LaFlesch United States Coral; 4:40 pm Field #4
Savannah Eggimann 2017 West Brown Team; 8:00 pm Field #3
Since Alyssa, Bailee and Joce play at the same time, I would like for the girls to all spend
time at each field cheering on their teammate. For Savannah, I would like all players to
be at that field to root her on.
All players need to be back at the hotel and in bed no later than 10:00 pm on Monday
night. Savannah could be the exception depending on how long her game goes. If we all
leave the field by 9:30 pm, we should be back to the hotel by 10:00 pm
Tuesday, July 2nd
8:30 am: Our first pool game begins at 9:45 am, so all players need to be at the Riverside
Complex, Field #2, no later than 8:30 am, no exceptions. The Riverside Complex address
and map from our hotel is:

It is about a 40-minute drive, so plan accordingly. Here is our game schedule for
Tuesday:
9:45 am Field # 2: Utah Hot Shotz – Jackson
11:30 am Field #2: Megan Willis Crunch 99
Girls will be wearing WHITE/BLACK/WHITE
Plan on winning both games!
Families are free to plan their afternoon as they see fit. I know our hotel has a pool/spa,
and probably a good opportunity for the girls to spend some time together.
10:00 pm: All players need to be in their room and in bed, no exceptions.
Wednesday July 3rd
8:30 am: Our first pool game begins at 9:45 am, so all players need to be at the
Centennial Complex, Field #4, no later than 8:30 am, no exceptions. The Centennial

It is about a 30-minute drive from the hotel, so plan accordingly. Here is our game
schedule for Wednesday:
9:45 am Field # 3: Texas Magic
11:30 am Field #3: Psyclones – voodoo
Girls will be wearing MAROON/WHITE/MAROON
Plan on winning both games!
Families are free to plan their afternoon as they see fit. I know our hotel has a pool/spa,
and probably a good opportunity for the girls to spend some time together.
NOTE: There is no player curfew since the next day is our off day
Thursday, July 4th
This is our off day, but we have rafting planned.
11:30 am: our rafting trip is to begin at noon, so please be there by 11:30 so we can get

The trip is about two hours, so I am guessing we will be back to the hotel by about 4:00
pm.
I am sure that the city of Fort Collins will have some type of Fourth of July celebration. I
am thinking it will be fun for the girls to attend together, but will depend on when we
play on Thursday. We will play this evening by ear, maybe some BBQ and Brews may be
in order?
