necessary to enter or win and such activity will not increase your odds of winning. You will be required to provide your name, address,
phone number, and email to be eligible for entry. New York Community will not retain such information for marketing/promotional purposes.
Eligible entrants may enter the Sweepstakes via U.S. Mail by hand-printing your complete name, address, city, state, ZIP code, day and evening
telephone numbers (including area code), and email on a 3” by 5” card and mail postage-paid to: New York Community Bank, 615 Merrick
Avenue, Westbury, NY 11590, Attn: Corporate Communications. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 7, 2017 and received by close
of business on August 14, 2017. Mailed entries must be received within one (1) week of postmark date. Entries will not be accepted in branches.
Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate and entries by any means which subvert the entry process
are void. Entries become the property of New York Community Bank & New York Commercial Bank (the “Bank”) and will not be acknowledged
or returned. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at Bank’s sole discretion.
Entrants are responsible for all third party-imposed costs and fees, including the cost of postage. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of
delivery. Participants agree not to hold New York Community Bank, New York Commercial Bank, their partners, their employees and/or their
affiliates responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage-due or illegible entry materials.
You need not be a customer of the Bank or any of its divisions to enter this Sweepstakes. All entries have an equal chance of winning. Odds of
winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Open to legal residents of the above named state(s) at time of entry, except the Bank and each of the Bank’s respective parent companies,
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, accounting and legal firms, together with the employees, officers and directors of any of
the foregoing and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses) and those living in the
same household of any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate (collectively, “Released Parties”).

Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on the date, and at the time and location noted above from all eligible entries received.
The Bank’s decision of a Winner is final and binding. Winners will be notified by telephone, email or by mail. Entrants need not be present at
the drawing to win.
Submission of an entry form constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes and your consent for the Bank to use your name and other
relevant information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Miscellaneous: (a) Prize cannot be transferred, assigned, redeemed for cash or substituted for another prize of equal or greater value, as authorized
by the Bank in its sole discretion; (b) Non-compliance by entrant with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes;
(c) Contest winner (“Winner”) is responsible for all taxes due on Prize and Winner must comply with all tax requirements, including providing
Bank with Winner’s Tax Identification Number; (d) Contest winner (“Winner”) is responsible for transportation to and from the show, including
any expenses associated with attending the show; (e) To claim prize, Winner must provide Bank with valid proof of identification; and (f) By
participating, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that (i) Released Parties and their designees and assignees and all of
their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any
liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or
in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes, and (ii) Released
Parties and their designees and assignees shall have the right to use Winner’s name and/or likeness in any media or format without further
compensation, permission or notification for purposes of advertising and trade. To obtain the name of the event winner (available after the
