Query Letter Contents We refer to your Company's announcement dated 29 August 2013 in respect of the
aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following
additional information for public release:(1) The total cost of investment in AHB Technology Sdn Bhd.
(2) Whether the Default in Payment constitutes an event of default under a
different agreement for indebtedness (cross default) and the details for such
other default, where applicable.

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 29 August 2013 in respect of the Writ of Summons
dated 14 August 2013 and Statement of Claim dated 13 August 2013 served on AHB Technology Sdn Bhd
(“AHBT”), a wholly-owned major subsidiary of AHB, the Board is pleased to furnish herewith the following
additional information as requested by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad via its letter dated 2 September

1. The total cost of investment in AHBT.
The total cost of investment in AHBT amounted to RM18,672,920.00.

Whether the Default in Payment constitutes an event of default under a different agreement for
indebtedness (cross default) and the details for such other default, where applicable.
The Default In Payment does not constitute an event of default under a different agreement for
indebtedness (cross default) as it is a stand-alone agreement between AHBT and Malayan Banking
Berhad which was restructure from the Supplementary Debt Restructuring Agreement dated 17 August
2001.
