Leadership is able to guide his team towards the right way to achieve the objectives, and can also find appropriate solutions to any problem that may occur to the leader and leader's team on the way to achieving the objectives. In this report it will be reviewing of some important qualities of character leadership and some of the leadership styles. (68 words.) What are the most important qualities of leadership? Every leader needs to have the qualities enhance its position in the "organization" and makes an outstanding personality to get the respect of the team. There are about 10 qualities for successful leadership, here are the most important: Creativity: Is a "think outside the box", creativity is basic quality for any successful leader so the leader can solve problems quickly and smartly. Openness: Is to accept all ideas and opinions of all parties even if it opposite to the usual method of thinking. Openness is very necessary to make the renewed leading and advanced. Dedication: Is to take responsibility for the performance and end any work required. Any leader must be faithful to spend energy and time with all of heart to finish works and goals. Magnanimity: The leading bear all the responsibilities. When possess leading magnanimity it thus reflects positively on his team members and bring them closer to each other. Assertiveness: Not the same as aggressiveness. A leader must be assertive to get the desired results. Along with assertiveness comes the responsibility to clearly understand what followers expect from their leader. Humility: Humility makes leader loved more members of the organization. Let's take King Abdullah as an example of humble leadership, where King Abdullah gained respect of the citizens because of his humility with them. (217 Words.) Leadership Styles Taking a team from ordinary to extraordinary means understanding and embracing the difference between management and leadership. Management and leadership are two different things from each other. The person may be "manager" but may not be a "leader"! Therefore, the Manager may need to someone to lead the manager to the correct management. Here are some of leadership styles: Charismatic Leadership: Charm and grace are all that is needed to create followers. Self-belief is a fundamental need of leaders and people follow others that they personally admire. Known that the charismatic prefer to use "body language" to communicate ideas you better. King Faisal is a very good charismatic leader. Because he always prefer to use his "body language" as well as variable language. Participative Leadership: Involvement in decision-making improves the understanding of the issues involved by those who must carry out the decisions. People are more committed to actions where they have involved in the relevant decision-making. A Participative Leader, Likes to interact with his team and shared how decision-making and development. Transactional Leadership: People are motivated by reward and punishment. Social systems work best with a clear chain of command. When people have agreed to do a job, a part of the deal is that they cede all authority to their manager. The Quiet Leader: The actions of a leader speak louder than his or her words. People are motivated when you give them credit rather than take it yourself. Ego and aggression are neither necessary nor constructive. The approach of quiet leaders is the antithesis of the classic charismatic leaders in that they base their success not on ego and force of character but on their thoughts and actions. (281 Words.) Leaders characters needed for many of the qualities that complement and evolution of this characters to suit the environment of work style. Leaders need to certain qualities such as: openness, respect, humility, assertiveness sense of humor, and so on. Also, there are some leaders are idealists styles applied. These methods help leaders to lead his team and determine his plans to reach its objectives. Some of these styles that have been mentioned in the report are: characteristic style and well-known personalities in Saudi Arabia which was used this method is the King Faisal. Quiet leadership style is one of the most successful styles of leadership. Mahatma Gandhi is the biggest example of this technique, where Mahatma Gandhi succeeded earns everyone's respect through quiet personal style. (125 Words.)
