For!those!new!to!our!school,!if!you!haven't!seen!one!of!our!productions!please!ask!your!branch!manager!to!show!you!
a!snippet!of!the!DVD!at!your!next!class.!We!are!very!proud!of!the!professionalism!of!our!wonderful!team!of!teachers!
and!parents!who!help!us!to!produce!these!shows!every!other!year.!Most!classes!are!invited!to!perform!in!one!of!the!
shows,!with!the!exception!of!some!beginner!tap!and!beginner!modern!classes!and!our!‘FIRST!STEPS!IN!BALLET’!
classes.!

We!do!not!include!the!First!Steps!classes!in!our!show!as!we!feel!they!are!too!young!but!would!love!for!you!to!bring!
them!along!to!see!what!they!will!hopefully!be!involved!in!in!two!years!time,!when!it!will!be!their!first!show.!The!
majority!of!our!beginner!tap!and!moderns!will!be!involved!in!a!ballet!dance!though.!

Our!class!exam!ballet!students!(and!some!prelim!students)!who!are!in!the!Princess!ballet!opening!piece!only,!will!
receive!a!separate!letter,!because!due!to!their!age,!they!are!only!required!to!turn!up!20!minutes!before!the!show.!

Tickets!will!be!available!to!purchase!direct!from!the!Swan!in!February/March!2017.!
For!this!show!we!have!booked!the!Swan!for!the!whole!of!the!Friday,!as!well!as!the!weekend,!so!the!technical!team!can!
prepare!the!stage!on!the!Friday!morning!and!our!rehearsal!and!show!schedules!can!start!a!little!earlier,!and!finish!a!
little!earlier!so!our!students!are!all!safely!tucked!in!bed!early!on!a!Sunday!evening!after!a!long!weekend!!
