RULES OF PLAY Notice: All the equipment provided within this play centre has been manufactured, supplied and installed by a play industry specialist. We conduct daily inspections of the premises and play equipment prior to opening for business each day and take any necessary remedial action immediately. A safety inspection of the premises and equipment has been carried out and annual safety inspections are carried out by a soft play specialist to ensure that we maintain a safe play area for use by young visitors. For your safety we have the following rules which must be observed at all times: Please ensure that all adults in your group are aware of the Rules of Play. Although the premises are monitored by staff, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Children must not be left unaccompanied in the centre. Parents & Guardians are responsible for the behaviour of children in their care. Parents & Guardians are responsible for assessing the suitability of the equipment provided for children in their care and the ability of those children to use it. Only children up to 11 years can play on the equipment, with a maximum height of 148cm The toddler area is for children up to 2 years. Only Adults are only allowed to assist their child on any of our play equipment for the sole purpose of accompanying persons aged 3 years or under. Adults are not permitted to ‘play’ on the equipment Children must not stand up, run up/down/on the slides Do not play in front of or at the bottom of the slides It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the system structure Balls must not be removed from the play areas Balls or other objects must not be thrown Children & Adults must remove shoes/footwear whilst in the play area(s) CHILDREN & ADULTS MUST WEAR SOCKS AT ALL TIMES WHILST ON CARPETED OR IN PLAY AREA(S). We strongly recommend that anyone riding our slides wears clothing that covers all limbs & is not made with any nylon type fabric as this could lead to avoidable friction burns. Clothing with ropes cords and toggles should not be worn in the play area Children must remove spectacles (unless shatterproof), jewellery and any sharp objects, including badges, before entering the play area. No food, drink or chewing gum is allowed on any of the play equipment. Toys are not allowed on the play equipment at any time. No child or adult wearing any form of plaster cast will be allowed to play or enter the equipment at any time. To ensure the safety of individuals any damage to play equipment must be reported to a member of staff whether deliberate or accidental. Please report any accident or injury to a member of staff to be recorded in our accident book. Children who are unwell should not use the play facilities. No Face paints at any time. However face painting maybe carried out at the end of a party, after the use of the play equipment. No running on any of the carpeted areas. Smoking is NOT permitted on the premises, inclusive of the outdoor terrace. Management reserve the right to refuse entry at all times. Thank you for your co-operation!
