Teams shall be guaranteed a minimum of five minutes of warm‐up following half‐time entertainment before the second half begins. Overtime Procedure: The NCAA overtime procedure shall be used for all Northeast‐10 games. 1 minute: Intermission after regulation time. The referee will tell the clock operator when to start the intermission. 5 minutes: Overtime period (s). 1 minute: Intermission between overtime periods. Game Protocol: The host site must provide the following: 





Game ball Scoring/Time device Scoreboard operator Public address announcer Official score book and Scorer Two (2) 30‐second shot clocks 



Alternating possession indicator Glass backboards Six (6) official basketballs for visiting team’s use during warm‐up. Towels, water and cups for the visiting team Doubleheaders The court shall be cleared for the second game of the doubleheader immediately after the finish of the first game. The teams will then have twenty five (25) minutes to warm‐up before pre‐game introductions and the start of the game. Game Ball The official ball for regular season competition shall be the Spaulding TF1000 ZK Pro. Each host must provide a minimum of six (6) game balls for the use of the visiting team during warm‐ups, for each Northeast‐10 Conference game. Game Management Representative At each Conference men’s basketball contest, the home institution shall provide and identify to game officials and the competing teams, an athletics department designee on the premises as the person in charge of game management at that event. The game management representative should have access to means of electronic communication in order to promptly address any game management issues during the contest.
