About Sirona
Sirona care & health Community Interest Company (CIC) was created in October
2011 as an independent non-profit distributing organisation providing publicly-funded
health and social care services. Sirona is based in South Gloucestershire and
provides community based adult and children’s healthcare and adult social care
services in the local area.
The Company has been set up to benefit local communities. There are no
shareholders and we do not pay out dividends to Members; wherever possible
surplus money will be reinvested into the development of health and social care
services and staff. We listen to our service users and our staff so we can respond to
the needs of our community as we continue to grow.
We aim to provide care and support to
people who use our services in a way that
our staff would wish to receive the care
themselves, with skill, compassion and
respect. The care we provide is designed
around the needs of the individual and we
support people to achieve their own goals.
We also promote good health and wellbeing.
ADD IN VISION AND PURPOS
Sirona is a values led organisation. Below you can read our vision, strategic
priorities and organisational behaviours. We are currently updating our business
plan for 2017/18.

Directors.
The Board of Directors is responsible for the day to day running and management of
the Company’s business to achieve its stated objectives, and in line with its
behaviours. The Members act like the owners of the business ensuring that we
remain consistent with our Community Interest Statement and add value to the local
community.
An organisation chart showing the Governance arrangements and senior leadership
