We are an outdoor adventure company specialising in Outdoor Pursuits and Team
Building based in Northern Ireland. We deliver tailor made activity packages to
corporate organisations, small and large businesses, adult, youth, and school groups,
birthday parties – or just parties, families and individuals.

Building a partnership with The Ramada Plaza...
We envisage building a partnership with the Ramada Plaza to deliver a top class,
energetic and revitalising team building package.
Our main clientele is expected to be the corporate client looking for conference
breaks, away days, family days or something different for a wedding.
We tailor our packages to suit the client’s aims, objectives, time scales and abilities.
We can deliver a range of activities; high thrill white water kayaking, fear conquering
climbing, skill testing archery, team building games and challenges, to a relaxing
paddle on the river in open canoes name just a few. We can deliver these activities
on site indoors or outside within a close proximity to the Ramada Plaza.
Conference Breaks
Fun Team Building with MTA will lead to a refreshed and more enthusiastic team,
increasing productivity after lunch or when delegates have been sitting down for a
long period of time concentrating. An excellent way to get the blood flowing around
the brain and wake people up; revitalise!
With as little as 30 minutes, we will help you to make your conference more
memorable. We can arrive and deliver something explosive and energetic leaving
everyone energised for the rest of the conference.

Survival Skills for idiots!
Build a shelter and then cook your own gourmet lunch over an open fire with the
assistance of one of the Ramada’s Top Quality Chefs.
(All foods prepared in advance and bagged so the client just needs to put the
ingredients together and cook. I.e. Beef Stroganoff, Chicken Curry and Rice, flambé
fresh fruit salad something that anyone could make and quick to cook.

Sample Time Management One
9.15am Arrival – your team is welcomed with fresh scones, tea and coffee provided
by The Ramada Plaza. Goals and objectives are set in a relaxed environment
followed by fun ice breakers.
10.00am Classic Team Building event - ‘Together Everyone Achieves More’ - A team
is a group of people working towards a common goal. We use a great mix of
energetic games, brain teasers and puzzles, all aimed at improving communication
and working relationships in a way that is challenging, exhilarating and more
importantly, effective.
Your team will be split into sub groups. An element of competitiveness will increase
the fun while overall working towards a common goal. Each group will be
accompanied by an instructor to complete 3 ‘zones’ as shown below. Each zone will
last 40 minutes before the teams move on to the next.
The common goal is to collect clues to complete the puzzle map. The puzzle map
must be completed to lead them to the treasure. The team must locate and open
the treasure chest before running out of time and celebrating their success together
with a glass of bubbly and chocolates!
Zones:
Team Challenges - Human Reef Knot, Team Jingle
The Thinking Corner - Chinese Tanagrams, 10 sticks, Giant Dominoes, Arrow Head,
Pharaohs Tomb
Head to Head Team Games - Water Channels, Acid River, Group Ski’s
12pm Treasure Hunt! - After all the Zones have been completed the team must
complete the puzzle map to find the Treasure! The treasure will be hidden within the
grounds, and the only way it can be retrieved is for all the clue holders to be
together.
12.30pm Finish and de-brief – A time to reflect on the day while enjoying the
treasure! We shall discuss what was learnt, and how this can be implemented into
our daily work.

Wedding Ideas
Would you like something different on your wedding day? Do you need to keep the
BIG and little kids entertained for a couple of hours whilst the wedding photographs
are being taken?
Photo opportunity - A romantic river side setting for a pose at Shaw’s Bridge or even
down at the Lock Keepers Cottage, a relaxing paddle up or down the River in a canoe
or rafted canoes for the Bride and Groom; the Brides Maids can come too.
Target Archery for your guest whilst hey wait for the Bride and Groom to arrive or
whilst the wedding photographs are being taken.
Mobile Climbing Wall for all those active people that want to do something different
on their wedding day.
Tanagrams, puzzles, fun problem solving challenges, hand cuffs, blind trails, and
sport for all abilities from the youngest child to the oldest adult.

Staffing
All our instructors are qualified to national standards and hold a current first aid
certificate. Safety is first and foremost.
Equipment
All safety equipment and waterproofs are provided. Participants are required to
wear comfortable clothing and sensible footwear for sporting activities, bearing in
mind that they may get wet for some activities.
Medical Forms
We will require a medical form for each person participating in activities.
If
medication is required (e.g. asthma inhaler), it must be available during activities.
Insurance
We provide public liability insurance to £5 million. All our instructors are qualified in
their relevant field and also hold a current first aid certificate.
We are not
responsible for damage / loss to personal items such as jewellery / mobile phones.
Photographs
With permission, MTA will take photos of the event and provide a copy on DVD for
the event organiser.
