Assigning Players to a Team
1. Select a team in your folder tree so it is highlighted yellow
2. Click the red Assign Participants button above your folder tree
3. Select the players you want to assign to the team so they are highlighted orange
TIP: Select multiple players at once by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and clicking the applicable
player names
4. Drag and drop the selected player names to the left box
5. Click Save Assignments to save your team roster and then close the window when complete
Sorting Players: Sort the available participants listed by registration data. In the drop downs provided, choose any data
field included on the registration form and your list of players will sort by the selected field.
Preview Registration Data: Click the magnifying glass next to a player name to open up their registration form and
review their player data.
Assigning Coaches to a Team
1. Select a team in your folder tree so it is highlighted yellow
2. Click the red Assign Coach button above your folder tree
3. Select the coaches you want to assign to the team so they are highlighted orange
TIP: Select multiple coaches at once by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and clicking the
applicable coach names
4. Drag and drop the selected coach names to the left box
5. Choose a “volunteer type” for the coach from the drop down list provided
NOTE: Create custom “volunteer types” by going to the menu option Admin > Preferences > Volunteer
Types
6. Check the “Pri” box next to the “primary” contact for your team – often the head coach
7. Click Save Assignments to save your team roster and then close the window when complete
