LEASING MANDATE
Standard JT Ross lease documentation to be used.
Tenant application forms available on request. Agents/ Brokers are expected to forward ITC checks,
together with tenant application forms.
Enquiries for space will be dealt with on a "first introduced - first considered" basis. JT Ross, however,
reserves the right to choose, in its sole unfettered opinion, the appropriate tenant for any of its vacant
premises and will only pay commission to the agent that introduced, and was the effective cause of
the tenant chosen by JT Ross to enter into a lease agreement in this regard.
In the event of multiple introductions to any one particular premises, any disputes between agents as
to which agent is entitled to commission shall be settled by the said agents, and the relevant
commission will be held in trust pending settlement of the dispute.
Confirmation of introduction can be accepted once the name of the company has been communicated
confirming that the prospective tenant has been taken to site and is interested in the property. Please

No commission payable on renewals.
Commission is due on provision of signed lease, the tenant having paid full deposit and receipt of first
month’s rental. We work according to standard SAPOA guidelines.
