Information for players renewing their registrations for the 2015 season
Hockey Queensland has changed the way you pay your HQ registration fees…
RE-REGISTER TO YOUR CLUB FOR 2015
(Registrations are open from 5pm Friday 16th January – 30th April 2015)
In 2015, all players wishing to participate in hockey across Queensland are required to pay
the Hockey Queensland Registration Fee upfront when registering online*.
*Your payment for this fee amount can be processed online using Visa or MasterCard (Debit and Credit) only
The payment of this fee goes directly to Hockey Queensland and will complete the
minimum requirements* set by Hockey Queensland for all players registering to a Club for
2015.
*the payment of the HQ Registration Fee is a requirement from Hockey QLD - you may be required to pay additional
club fees online at time of registration should your Club have mandated this. Please contact your Club directly to
enquire about any additional fees payable for 2015.

Information for players renewing their registrations for the 2015 season
Self-Registration Process for Players
1. Player accesses the Hockey Queensland Online Registration Portal
2. Player logs in personal member account to select Club and register online
3. Player pays their Hockey QLD registration fee online
4. Online Registration completed
5. Player contacts Club for details on any additional fees payable & available
payment methods
Please click on the link highlighted above in step 1 to re-register for the 2015 season. To
login to your account you will need the email address you were registered under for the
2014 season. If you do not know your email address or if this has changed, please contact
your Club and they can advise you of your email address or update your details so that you
can login and register. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset this through the
login page providing your email address is correct.
