Child Play Area Rules and Procedures Culture Fitness is committed to ensuring our members have a safe and enjoyable time at our premises whenever they work out, this includes ensuring your child is appropriately attended to when you are working out for the health and safety of our members and of your child. So we’ve put together a few simple rules and procedures for the Club’s Child Play Area If you have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Culture Fitness Management Enrolment A registration form needs to be completed for your Child prior to using our Child Play Area, this will ensure we know everything we need to know about your Child An immunisation certificate is to be provided whether your Child has been immunised or not Due to supervisor to child ratio limits, you must pre-book your Child into one of the sessions listed by calling the Club or booking online If your Child is booked into a session, but cannot attend, please contact the Club to advise us so we are able to offer a place to another member’s Child. Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance. The information gathered about your Child will be kept in the strictest confidence Please talk to Child Play Area supervisor regarding any settling in requirements for your Child. Each child will have their own settling needs and it is important that our supervisor can plan with parents to meet these needs General The Child Play Area is for Children aged between 6 months and 6 years Supervised sessions are available on our website, these sessions are subject to change All sessions are strictly one hour, your Child is to be dropped off and picked up within 5 minutes of the session time Due to Health and Safety requirements, the Child Play area is not available for use when it is not supervised The parent / caregiver must stay within the Club while their Child is in the Child Play area Only the parent/caregiver that dropped your Child off to the Child Play Area will be able to collect your Child at the end of the session. If you have another person collecting your Child, please advise the supervisor at the start of the session. Snacks & Bathroom If you would like to provide a snack for your Child whilst they are in the Child Play Area, please provide this to the supervisor in a bag labelled with your Child’s name, along with a drink.
