This is Volleyball Alberta’s new Volleyball Registration System (VRS). It will be used to register for membership,
tournaments, clinics, camps and general events.
Anyone registered as Team Staff: Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Manager, Trainer or Team Contact can be used to
the team’s roster.
You may select an existing Team Staff to be the Main Contact or Create a New Person (There is no charge for the
Main Contact unless you add them to the Team Staff section)

Click on “Sign In” to bring up the login page.
Provide the email address associated with your account & the accompanying Access Code.

Once logged in, select the Registration Info tab to bring up the list of teams you are associated with.

This is where you will be able to select the team’s roster you want to edit. Simply click on “Edit Team Information” beside
the roster you want to edit.
NOTE: Rosters are set for each tournament. If you need to make a change to your roster, prior to the roster lock date: March
24, 2016, that change needs to be made in each tournament roster form. There is no “master” team roster.
**Adding a player/coach to your Premier 1 roster will not automatically add that player/coach to your Premier #2, Premier #3
or Provincial team roster list.
Prior to the March 24th roster lock date, rosters will lock at 12 pm on the Wednesday immediately preceding the event.
Players and coaches who are not on the team roster at that time will not be allowed to participate in the event.
Teams/Clubs are responsible for ensuring that team and tournament registration is completed by the deadline(s).
EDIT TEAM INFORMATION
This is where you are able to add/release Coaching Staff and/or Players to your roster. First Name, Last Name & Date of
Birth are required for the system to do a membership check. Please ensure you have the information associated with their
account.
Highlighted in yellow: Individual memberships required to be added to the roster.
