One Wire Credited to Buyer, Seller and Loan Proceeds
Scenario: Both Buyer and Seller must bring funds to close but the funds
are coming from a Bank in one combined Wire.
The Register will show Pending Receipts for funds due from the Buyer, funds due from the Seller,
as well as the Incoming Lender funds:
Left click on the Buyer/Borrower Credits (200) screen under Escrow/Closing .

In the Description Column, enter a line item for Buyer funds to close and enter the amount due from
the Borrower in the Borrower field below or on the grid in the Borrower column.
Left click on the Payors bar. In the Code column, left click on the drop down and select the code L
for Lender. Verify “Incoming Fund” is selected in the “Process As” column.
Left click on the Seller Credits (400) screen under Escrow/Closing.

the Seller in the Seller field below or on the grid in the Seller column
Left click on the Payors bar. In the Code column, left click on the drop down and select the code L
for Lender. Verify “Incoming Fund” is selected in the “Process As” column.
The Register now has 1 Pending Receipt for the Incoming Wire from the Lender.
