Guidelines for participants for Spicmacay National School Intensive 2015.
(Not to be sent with registration form)
1. Students between Classes V and XII only are eligible for participation.
2. A maximum of four students and one teacher can participate from one school.
3. The registration form, duly filled up, should be e mailed to [email protected] or sent by
post/courier to Delhi Public School, Vill. & P.O. Onapalayam, Vadavalli-Thondamuthur Road,
Coimbatore - 641 109, latest by 15th November, 2015.
4. Every school should send one teacher as an escort with the students participating in the Intensive.
5. Students and the teachers must bring their Photo Identity Cards issued by their institution.
6. Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones, cameras, I-pads or any electronic gadgets.
7. All participants must adhere to the rules and maintain discipline and decorum on the campus.
Students must follow the schedule and take part in all activities meant for them.
8. Registration is not a confirmation of participation. Confirmation in this regard will be sent through
e-mail in consultation with respective Spicmacay chapter coordinators.
9. There is no charge for participation, food, accommodation etc. during the intensives. However, the
teams will have to make their own arrangements to reach Coimbatore. Pickups and drops will be
facilitated from the nearest railway station.
