If you are unable to field a team you must notify the
Recreation Dept. no later than 3:00pm on the day of your
game. If you are a no show at your game time your team will
be responsible for the umpire fee of $75.00 for the game. You
will not be allowed to resume play until payment in full is
made.
In the event of inclement weather or unplayable field
conditions the games will be cancelled.
There will be
NO makeup games. There are no refunds, all

payments are final.
Week 4 is a position week, your place in the standings after
week 3 will determine where you play. Example, if your team
is in 4th place you will play at 8pm against the 3rd place team.
Reminder: Teams must stay off the Pop Warner play field at
all times.
