WHEELCHAIR STANDARDS/GUIDELINES AUDIT
The National Wheelchair Managers Forum are attempting to undertake a review of
wheelchair service performance against targets set out in Appendix 2 of the Wheelchair
Guidelines document published on the Wheelchair Managers’ Forum website and
attached to this document.
National Wheelchair Managers' Forum
We are asking as many wheelchair services as possible to look at a sample of the data
they are holding within their service and provide feedback on the extent to which they
meet the targets set out in the national guidelines.
The size of the sample is entirely up to you but obviously the larger the size of the
sample the more representative the results.
You are asked to complete the questionnaire, which is attached to this document below
with the results of your own sample survey and then return this to Henry Lumley at the
e-mail address below. The results will then be consolidated into a larger summary and
posted on the Wheelchair Managers Forum website. You will then be able to review the
national profile and compare it with the results of your own sample.
