With this year’s theme, “Shifting the Paradigm | Unity of Voices”, we encourage our attendees to reflect, share, and discuss how their own personal stories can help recognize and address these social issues that continue to divide our society. We act, but we must act in unity as a part of the greater minority with other communities of color in order to help shift the social paradigm which bridges all cultural identities.
