ITINERARY
(preliminary and subject to change)
Tuesday:
Noon - 3:00 pm: Team check-in
(Barfield Park; 697 Veterans Pkwy Murfreesboro, TN
37128);
All players must check in before playing and will receive a wrist band which
must be worn during the entire tournament. Bring entire team; roster and birth
certificates will be checked at this time and wrist bands issued to each player.
Noon - 6:00 pm: Fun Day Activities/ Pin Trading
(Barfield Park);
There will be something to do for all ages: vendors, pin trading, door prizes,
inflatables, DJ, & more! You may want to bring a change of clothes because
there will be water slides available.
3:00 - 4:00 pm: Mandatory Coaches Meeting
(Clarion Inn; 2227 Old Fort Pkwy Murfreesboro, TN)
There will be discussions of tournament rules, expectations, skills competitions,
questions, and comments.
4:30 - 6:30 pm: Skills Competitions
(Homerun Derby, Speed Relay, Around the Horn) Entry forms and rules are
posted. Entry forms must be turned in at team check-in.
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm: Teams gather and line up for opening
ceremony and team introduction.
7:00 pm: Opening Ceremony
Players to wear jerseys and shorts for the actual ceremony (may want to bring
jersey to change into after the fun activities). Also, make sure to bring
chairs and/or blankets for the Ceremony!
Wednesday (Pool Play Games):
8:00 am - 6:00 pm: Games
GAME 7 SWIM NIGHT AT BORO BEACH WATER PARK
Come join us for a swim night at the Boro Beach at Sports Com from 7-9pm.
Admission is FREE for all Game 7 World Series participants and their families.
Thursday (Pool Play Games Continue):
8:00 am - 6:00 pm: Games
GAME 7 MOVIE NIGHT AT THE PARK
Come join us for a movie night at the park at Barfield. Bring your blankets and
chairs and enjoy a fun movie night. Popcorn and Concessions will be available.
Movie Title to be announced at a later date.
Friday:
8:00 am - 10:00 pm: Games
Saturday:
8:00 am - 9:00 pm: Games
Sunday:
8:00 am - Conclusion of Tournament: Games
