Concessions
City of Calgary has informed us that we are not allowed to have concessions of any kind at
Inland Athletic Park.
Booking Hotel Room:
It is the responsibility of the team manager to book hotel rooms for the team in a timely fashion.

If you choose to use Canaccom, contact them as soon as you get your schedule for away games.
Canaccom will email you hotel information for the dates you are out of town and secure a block of
rooms once confirmed on the hotel you want to use. As a manager this can make your life much easier.
Once Canaccom sends back your hotel information you then send out to parents to book their rooms.
They will let you know the timeline as to when to book by.
If you choose not to use Canaccom many hotels will give you a group rate if you just ask. It is up to the
manager to block book hotel rooms for their team away games and tournaments. Do not wait too long
to book and have your team driving farther than necessary to get to games. Hotel rooms for
tournaments in particular can book up quickly.
