www.uslacrosse.org Welcome to our 10th season!! ESLC was founded in 2008 in Salisbury by Harlan Eagle as the only alternative for players who were not ready for an intensive club environment. After that first season Harlan Eagle met PJ Kesmodel who was very excited to have an opportunity for his players and others in Delaware who were not playing on club teams to get more experience. In 2009 the club needed a coach for the Beach Tournament; PJ agreed to coach and the rest is history! Under PJ’s leadership the club grew from 1 team in 2009 to presently 5 teams. A new era begins this year as Dave Frederick takes over from PJ as Program Director. Dave is currently coach of the 2018 team and Principal at Beacon Middle (see his complete bio on our website, ​www.easternshorelax.org​) The Eastern Shore Lacrosse Club is comprised primarily of players interested in playing women's lacrosse beyond high school. The ESLC’s goal is to develop the best lacrosse talent through high quality coaching and tournament play. The ESLC puts an emphasis on participating in tournaments which will allow the ESLC’s players to be seen by college coaches. The ESLC is for players who are dedicated to becoming the best team players they can be! Please see our website for a list of colleges our graduates are playing at! The fee for 2016 fall and 2017 summer includes entry fee into some of the best and most expensive tournaments in the country, insurance, coaches & administration. ESLC is intended to be a fiscally responsible and sustainable organization that provides the highest quality lacrosse for a reasonable fee. We compensate our coaches with fee waivers and a small stipend to cover some of their tournament travel expenses; and pay our administrative team which includes the Executive and Program Director, Website Designer/Manager, Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper.
