1. How is Stargirl’s cheering different from that of the other
cheerleaders? She cheers with her whole self. She cheers for
everyone.
2. How does Archie already know about the tomato thrown?
Stargirl probably told him.
3. Who is Ron Kovac? How was Stargirl involved?
He was an opposing teammate on the other team. He was 6’8.
He hurt his ankle and that gave the Electrons a chance to make a
come-back and win.
4. Why did no one see Stargirl on Hot Seat? It was destroyed
and deleted. The jury was mean and the interview format was
not followed.
5. What is haunting Leo and how does he deal with it? Leo got
a Valentine from Stargirl. He really likes her.
6. How does Leo feel about being called Starboy? He is thrilled
with it. He realizes that he really likes her.
7. What did Leo do that night? What happened? He hid in her
driveway, but she knew all along he was there. He spoke to her
out of school, and realized she was an incredible person.
8. What body part does Cinnamon like to lick? The ears.
9. Where is Stargirl’s enchanted place? It is in the desert. It’s
quiet and she goes there to meditate, be alone and look at the
stars to think about things.
10. What starts to happen to Leo when he becomes Stargirl’s
boyfriend? Since the school is not liking Stargirl, Leo is now
associated with her and not liked also.
11. What is the student body doing to Stargirl? They are
ostracizing her and blaming her for the loss of their team. She’s
the fall-guy.
12. When Leo talks to Archie, what does he tell him? Leo tells
him they are being shunned by all. He is being treated this way
because he is with her.
13. What does Stargirl want to do when she grows up? She
want to drive a silver lunch truck and serve everyone food.
14. When and how does Stargirl first become aware of Leo
Borlock? When she read and heard about him moving to
Arizona. His mother submitted information about him to run in
the regular feature about kids’ birthdays.
15. What does Stargirl do for strangers? She enjoys doing nice
things for them to make them happy. But, she does everything
anonymously.
