1. To enter and be eligible to win, Participating Schools must, during the Promotion Period: (a) complete the official BSP
competition entry form, available from your branch. (Entry Form) (providing all details required, including full name of school,
address and day time phone number) and provide a written explanation describing the Go Green Activity; and (b) comply
with the conditions set out hereunder; 2. Any entries that do not comply with the conditions set out hereunder will not be an
Eligible Entry.
3. ENTRY TERMS a) A Participating School is a school registered and recognised with the relevant Education Department
authority located in the country of Papua New Guinea (b) A Participating School is defined as a School that has completed the
appropriate BSP Entry Form and registered its interest with BSP in the BSP School Sports Programme. (c) The Participating
School acknowledges and understands that the school must submit the required outline of the school activity to BSP in the
time period required by BSP communicating a Go Green activity (A Go Green activity is a project themed to Clean up, fix up
and care for the environment) and must be environmentally positive in its theme Examples of the kinds of acceptable activities
are the staging of a school clean up event, starting a recycling programme, planting a garden or a water conservation project.
(d) Upon entering the promotion, a Participating School represents and warrants that: (1) their entry is original and their own
the entry; (2) if the entry in any way includes third parties, they have obtained the required consents and releases from those
third parties to allow the conduct of the Go Green activity outlined in their entry; (3) if the entry in any way includes the use of
locations that require permission, permits or releases to be obtained for the use of the location and they have obtained the
required consents and releases from the appropriate owners/authorities; and (4) the Participating School has obtained the
required consents and releases from the parents or legal guardians (as applicable) of the children participating in the promotion; (5). By entering the Promotion, Participating Schools grant Bank of South Pacific Limited, known as BSP, a non-exclusive,
perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, modify, adapt, distribute, store,
run, display works from, cause to be seen or heard and communicate to the public the entry (or including the photograph and
text that forms part of the entry) in all media. (6) By entering the Promotion, Participating Schools acknowledge that their entry
may be used by BSP, BSP’s related entities, agencies engaged by BSP, or any other third party nominated by BSP, for BSP’s
current and future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them.(7)Participating
Schools unconditionally and irrevocably acknowledge that: (a) entries may be reviewed by BSP to ensure that they comply
with the Terms, and consequently whether they are an Eligible Entry or not, which will be decided in BSP’s sole discretion; (b)
BSP may notify Participating Schools if their entry is invalid or rejected because it does not comply with these Terms, but is
under no obligation to do so; (c) BSP potentially intends to post entries on the website located at www.bsp.com.pg, however
BSP is under no obligation to post Eligible Entries to that website and makes no representation and provides no guarantee
as to when Eligible Entries may be posted to that website;(d) if requested by BSP, Participating Schools may be required to
provide BSP with a high resolution photograph of the Go Green activity that forms part of the Eligible Entry.
4. JUDGING AND PRIZES a)Eligible Entries received during the promotion will first be received, selected and approved by a
panel of representatives of BSP in accordance with the Promotion requirements. As the promotion is limited to 500 entries, if in
excess of 500 entries is received, the panel of duly authorised BSP representatives will select a shortlist of Eligible Entries. (b)
BSP will provide formal acknowledgment of receipt of an entry by a Participating School and if it sees fit, issue a Communication to Proceed with the described Go Green activity outlined by the Participating School. It is expressly understood that only
entries that have been formally received and approved by BSP to proceed with the activity are eligible to receive a BSP School
Sports pack. (c) Eligible Entries will be judged on the following criteria: (i) the BSP experience portrayed in the Eligible Entry;
(ii) the originality and creativity of the Eligible Entry; and (iii) the relevance of the activity described to the Go Green philosophy
of BSP i.e. To clean up, fix up and care for the environment and may be one of the suggested recommended activities such
as - A Clean Up event, a recycling programme; planting a garden, water conservation project. (iv) Execution i.e. start and completion of the Go Green activity. (d) Participating Schools who receive entry into the Programme will be: (a) notified by phone,
email or mail by BSP in a timeframe that BSP determines (e) In order to claim a BSP School Sports Pack the Participating
School will be required to provide a release and indemnity in favour of BSP in respect of their participation in the Promotion
and acceptance; (f) A BSP School Sports Pack will contain 12 sports balls (2 x Rugby, 2 x AFL, 2 x Netball, 2 x Soccer, 2 x
Basketball, 2 x volleyballs) 20 x Tennis Balls, 2 x Cricket Bats, 2 x Mesh Carry Bags.
5. VERIFICATION BSP School Sports Packs will only be awarded following validation and verification requirements of BSP
have been met to its satisfaction.
6. GENERAL a) Only one (1) entry per School is allowed. (b)If BSP is unable to provide a Participating School with a Prize, the
Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated advertised BSP School
Sports pack. (c)BSP accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No
responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be
available at all times during the Promotion Period. (d) If for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned,
for any reason whatsoever or for any other causes beyond the control of BSP, which corrupt or affect the administration,
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, BSP reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any
action that may be available to it, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion. (e)BSP’s decisions
in relation to all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding on each Participating School and no correspondence will be
entered into. (f) By entering the Promotion, Participating Schools agree and acknowledge:(i) they may be contacted by BSP
(or an agent of BSP) to provide comments about the Promotion and BSP(or an agent of BSP) may take photos or recordings
of them; (ii) BSP may use any comments obtained from them, their name, and/or likeness and any photos or recordings taken
of them (the Materials) for BSP’s future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to
them; (iii) BSP may duplicate, alter, adapt and utilise the Materials as BSP wishes at any time, anywhere, and by any means
(including communicating them to the public in any media, including media not yet in existence). BSP may license, authorise
or otherwise transfer the rights in the Materials to others to do the same; (iv) they grant to BSP on creation of the Materials
a royalty free, perpetual, exclusive and irrevocable licence to use the Materials for whatever purpose it determines; (e) they
unconditionally and irrevocably: (v) consent to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any of their Moral Rights in the
Materials; and (vii) waive all Moral Rights in the Materials that arise outside PNG; and (viii) they agree not to institute, maintain
or support any claim or proceeding for infringement of their Moral Rights in the Materials. 7. (a) BSP, BSP’s related entities,
and all agencies associated with the Promotion; and (b) the employees, agents, directors and contractors of BSP, shall not be
liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not
limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation)
in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance or use of, or participation in, the Prize, whether as a result
of negligence, a breach of statutory duty or otherwise, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability
is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law). 8. Each entrant (person completing the Entry Form and submitting it on
behalf of a School) acknowledges and agrees that it is a condition of participation in the Promotion that the entrant be capable
