5. T-ball Field Update: cement work is done, benches are in, and new grass is growing.
6. Work plan discussion – Milton Community Park (aka Triangle Park)
A. Condition
• Doesn’t seem to be maintained well
• Fence in street hockey area needs to be fixed to keep puck in
• Garbage could be emptied more often
• In need of some clipping and weeding
• Dog doo
• We really need to see the bathroom finished and opened
• Who is responsible for overseeing this?
B. Use
• Seems to be concentrated in the upper area and play area (Kemper)
• Grassy area between seems under used
• Hillside area on the way up the hill could be something….
C. Ideas (in no particular order – big dreams and little things)
• Hillside turned in to a slide or rock climbing feature
• Water/spray play area where the grassy area is now
• More parking added to the middle lot by bathrooms
• Fix fence in tennis court area to capture puck
• More picnic tables in woodsy area
• Azaleas around tennis court
• Tables added in play area
7. Discussing plans for Parks Appreciation Work Day
• Meet up top by 15th at 9:00

• If a big turn out a crew can move to trail and hack blackberries
