Monthly assessment on a particular college readiness skill. 2. Evaluate data to identify students who need re-teaching on that specific skill. PLAN Strategy • What is the general approach to achieving the outcome? All ELA teachers will model and instruct the targeted college readiness skill. Students will practice these skills 2-3 times each month. End of month students will be assessed with a benchmark. Teachers will evaluate data and re-teach if necessary.
