It was RESOLVED to accept and approve as a correct record the minutes of
the Services Committee held on Thursday 28th April 2016.
SD 06/16 Welcome to new members
Chair formally welcomed new committee members and presented the
operational service plan. Members were given an opportunity to ask questions
and discuss areas of the plan and were informed of upcoming events and
projects. NOTED
SD 07/16 Carnival Update
Carnival next Saturday, 18th June. Members were strongly encouraged to
attend and participate where possible. Any donations for the raffle would be
greatly received. NOTED
Action points:
JB to investigate possibility of hiring/borrowing stocks.
AB to send email to Cllrs requesting photos from childhood for carnival
guessing game.
