Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center XenMobile / SecureHub Android Installation Guide MAM (Mobile Application Management) The Xenmobile Secure Hub applications (Securemail), utilizes MAM (Mobile Application Management). MAM, is an application management technology that is used to manage the email calendaring Secure application, there is no management that occurs to your personally owned individual smartphone, only the email calendaring application is managed, not your device. Conemaugh MIS has no ability to manage your personal device directly. The Secure email application requires a 4 digit pin to be set during enrollment. Under certain circumstances, such as updates to the Xenmobile SecureHub applications, you will be required to supply the 4 digit pin, to access your email, this should rarely if ever be required. We highly recommend you set a local screen lock password on your device to protect your personal information, since there is no management that occurs directly on your device. Your native smartphone email and calendaring applications can no longer be used, you must use the Secure Hub Secure mail application for email and calendar access. Please refer to the provided Iphone and Android instructions on how to install the Secure Hub Secure mail application. Please contact the MIS helpdesk at 814 534-9195, with any questions.
