Sign-Ups
March 15th & 16th at the Escalon Library!
6PM-8PM – All Players
(If you did not play last year you are considered a new player.)
Football Registration - $300.00
Volunteer Deposit- $250.00 per family.
Equipment Deposit- $200.00

Payment Plans can be made that day: $100 down (per player) at registration and then
the final balance is due May 31st, NO EXCEPTIONS! Players who do not pay in full by this date
will not be allowed to participate.

Matters consisting of not completing volunteer hours or not paying in full last season must be
cleared through Rochelle before registering for the 2017 Season.
• VolunteerDeposit- $250 per family. Please make deposit check separate than registration
check. (Vol.dep. check will be shredded once you have worked your hours.)

Euipment Deposit - $200 per football player. Please make a deposit check separate than
registration check. (Eqyuipment Deposit will be returned to you at equipment hand-in.)
The following check list of paperwork MUST be completed & turned in at the time of sign-ups.
Any missing paperwork will be considered an incomplete packet and your child will not be
added to the team until complete. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
1. New players MUST bring original birth certificate and bring a copy of birth
certificate to turn in. *Players returning from the 2016 season do NOT need to
bring a copy of their birth certificate.
2. New players must bring a copy of their current health insurance card. *Returning
players from the 2016 season only need to bring a copy of their insurance card if
their insurance information has changed.
3. Complete 2017 Player/Cheerleader Registration form (Pg. 1). (Download from
Outlaw Website; click on “Registration Forms”.)
4. Escalon Outlaw Code of Conduct signed by participant & parents (Pg.5)
(Download from Outlaw Website; click on “Registration Forms”.)
5. Release of Liability Waiver form signed by participant & parents. (Download from
Outlaw Website; click on “Registration Forms”.)
