ComField Management Services is an ACMO 2000 accredited company that is seeking an Assistant Property
Manager to work from our head office location in North York. The Assistant Property Manager will have
experience administering overall property operations for a portfolio compiled of both residential and
commercial properties. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience performing this position
who has commercial leasing experience and is looking for career progression and support into a Property
Manager’s role.
Skills & Experiences:












A minimum of three years condominium property administration (residential and commercial)
experience including the administration of memorandums, accounts payable and receivable
Prior commercial condominium leasing experience
Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach
Experience working with committees
Excellent written and spoken English mandatory
Experience in working with owners including the follow up and collection of arrears
Thorough working knowledge of Condominium Act 1998 and other legislation and codes
Strong people skills
Proficient computer Skills; Yardi experience is considered an asset
Excellent time management skills
Able to maintain confidentiality with a professional business manner
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evening work
